Welcome to SSEME 2024!

As an interdisciplinary academic conference, SSEME showcases high quality keynote speeches, oral and poster presentations of refereed papers. It highlights in hot research fields in social sciences, economics, management, and education, and aims to foster the exchange of research advances addressing emerging challenges in the frontlines of scientific researches and practices. SSEME warmly welcomes new insights from both industry and academia, on both basic and applied researches.

2024 the 2nd International Conference on Social Sciences, Economics, Management and Education (SSEME 2024) will be held during July 15-17, 2024 in Qingdao, China. On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to cordially invite experts and participants from academia and industry to participate in SSEME 2024!

SSEME 2024 is soliciting original and high-quality submissions in terms of research novelty, technical excellence, or unique applications in the real world, in social sciences, economics, management, and education. All paper submissions will be peer reviewed by at least 2-3 independent reviewers.

President of International Association for the Promotion of Education (IAPE), Belgium, Director of Learning Science Research Branch of Chinese Society of Higher Education, Editor-in-Chief of Education Seminar, Editorial Board Member of International Journal of Game-Based Learning (ESCI), Reviewer of Asia-Pasific Education Researcher (SSCI) and other journals.

SSEME-DEGI'24: Digital Economy and Green Innovation

Session Chair: Professor Ying Peng, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China.

Professor Ying Peng, had served as a Rapporteur for ITU-T SG3 IIC/TFMF and the Rapporteur for ITU-T SG3-AO IIC. She held visiting positions at the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research at Manchester Business School, Manchester, England (2012-2013) and Adam Smith Business School in University of Glasgow, Scotland (2022-2023). She worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Business School of Nanjing University (2007-2010). She had been a Senior Manager at Telecom enterprises in China for 15 years (1993-2008). Professor Peng hosts Government Projects supported by National Social Science Foundation, National Postdoctoral Science Foundation, National Education Department Social Science Foundation，Jiangsu Social Science Foundation, Jiangsu Postdoctoral Science Foundation,etc. Her research interests include Telecom competitiveness, innovation and technology policy, operation management, and information service.

SSEME-SED'24: Sustainable Economic Development

Session Chair: Assoc. Prof. Md Reza Sultanuzzaman, Nanchang Institute of Technology (NIT), China

Assoc. Prof. Md Reza Sultanuzzaman, is a highly accomplished economist with a wealth of expertise in various areas of research and teaching. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China, where he focused his studies on international trade and economic growth. Dr. Sultanuzzaman has made remarkable contributions to the field throughout his academic career, publishing numerous papers in prestigious journals.

Inna Alexeeva-Alexeev, A lecturer and researcher at the University of Cantabria, Spain; with experience as Project Manager in International projects. Extensive international experience in various companies and sectors in commercial management, marketing and business development positions Her area of interest includes marketing, gender gap, business management, entrepreneurship, and innovative educational methodologies.

Sights of Qingdao

Qingdao, a prefecture-level city in Shandong Province. It is an important coastal city and an international port city approved by the State Council and is also the economic center of Shandong Province.

Qingdao has beautiful scenery and pleasant climate. A harmonious picture of mountains, sea and city is painted in which one can see the winding coastline, islands and beautiful buildings whose red-roofs are held in the embrace of verdant trees. Many of the European-style buildings used to be home to many famous figures.

Qingdao is famous in China for its delicious fresh seafood. The Laoshan Scenic Area has an important position in sightseeing because of its beautiful scenery, natural pearls and exquisite crafts. Qingdao beer, a popular beer brand in the world, is produced in Qingdao, allowing tourists to easily get the freshest Qingdao Beer in Qingdao.
